I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms felt like a cozy apartment, but a bit overcrowded with furniture. The service was exceptional, with enthusiastic and friendly staff. The location was superb, close to downtown Kelowna. The dining experience was slightly lacking due to limited options. The facilities were well-maintained and convenient.
The hotel is conveniently located near the lake and within walking distance to shops and restaurants downtown. The rooms, although slightly dated, are exceptionally clean and nice. The service was friendly and accommodating, despite initial confusion about amenities. Overall, a decent stay with good value for money.
I had a fantastic time at the hotel! The rooms were very appropriate, and the staff was amazing. However, the service was not up to the expected level given the price paid. The location was nice, especially during wintertime, although some aspects were disappointing. The dining experience was good, considering the circumstances, and the facilities were great.
The hotel felt more like a home than a hotel with extremely comfortable bed and high quality linens. The rooms had heavy soft furnishings and a multitude of superfluous tables/chairs/desks scattered willy nilly, adjacent to the restaurant of the resort next door.
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean, and the staff were amazing. However, the service fell short of expectations given the price paid. The location was ideal, providing easy access to the city center and local wineries, but there were minor dining issues.
